The Villa was Architect designed for the owner and has been enhanced and fully maintained since. It is situated in one of the best positions enjoying a beautiful view yet still within walking distance of the village of Kalkan. There is a gated parking area, infinity swimming pool, large gardens and all other facilities that might be expected of a prestigious Villa. The plot is large enough for a further building (subject to local regulations) at rear. Photographs here have been taken over a range of time and may not all fully show additional features or garden changes since.

The Villa is situated on a sloping site with long wide views over Kalkan Bay to the Islands and the Mediterranean. There are beautiful sunsets most evenings and a breeze that eases the heat when other parts of Kalkan are sweltering. The photograph above was taken from the roof and can be enjoyed at any time, however there is a view from almost every aspect; wherever you are. You can swim up to the front of the pool and rest enjoying the view. The Pool area has a shower to help keep the water clean and a sunbed terrace. The Villa faces generally South West and the pool area is bathed in sunshine through to the end of day. The outside dining area and roof is covered and an ideal size for a gathering but there are alternatives for enjoying lunch or a drink on balconies and terraces. There are gardens all around the property.
